I’ve always been a nervous patient from a child at the dentist but never here . I have been treated kindly and gently by my dentist at all times explaining every step along the way. Receptionists are all so happy , kind and professional . Daughter , grandchildren also attend , so 3 generations . Cannot thank them all enough for helping me lose my fear .

My first time with Karen, a hygienist and I felt comfortable from the beginning. She began by asking me questions and used the answers to plan her method of carrying out her procedure. The treatment was thorough. At the end of the cleaning, Karen relayed her concerns and what I could do within my dental care routine to improve things especially in certain areas. Excellent.

I’ve been going to Oakmead for around 13-14 years and the care and attention has always been superb. I was a little apprehensive today as in my head I was stepping back to day 1, the dentist is been with for pretty much all of that time had retired which meant new dentist day. I needn’t have worried as I saw Anum who was excellent and whilst I was only booked in for a regular examination managed to squeeze in a necessary filling into the booking. As always everybody at oakmead puts patient care at the forefront and any worries or nervousness quickly floats away. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Had my first visit to oakmead today and I now have my faith restored in dentists. Samir was amazing and very professional, he explained everything in detail to me and left me feeling very reassured. The staff on the reception were also amazing, thanks to you all.

Very friendly and efficient. First point of contact are the reception staff who are all very happy and make you feel at ease. Karen, my hygienist, is gentle but thorough. I followed my dentist, Samir, when he moved from my previous practice. I cannot recommend him enough, he is professional, cheerful and friendly. He never tries to upsell, just does a very good job on what needs to be done.
